A passionate advocate and leader for health care transformation and innovation, Kendra has 25 years of experience in health care as a behavioral health clinician and health care executive. Throughout her career, she has built programs and service lines that extend care into the home including home-based family therapy, case management and cognitive therapy services. In recent years, she has led the development of statewide systems of care delivery that emphasize partnership and collaboration, meaningful measurement and evaluation, implementation of evidence-based practices and standards and population health strategies that improve quality, efficiency, and outcomes for patients. Prior to joining DispatchHealth, Kendra operated a health care consulting business and was founder of a provider-led organization dedicated to improving the quality, safety and value of care delivery in hospitals, health systems, and clinics in Kansas.
Kendra received a Masters Degree in Health Care Delivery Science from Dartmouth College. She also holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pittsburg State University.
