DispatchHealth complements a patient’s existing care team and acts as an integrated, adjunctive service. This holistic in-home approach helps decreased unnecessary emergency room visits and improve patient experience.

DispatchHealth aligns with Provider Groups and Care Management to extend the reach of their clinicians after hours, weekends and during capacity constraints, providing prompt medical intervention to patients experiencing high acuity needs. DispatchHealth tucks patients back into their PCP/specialist for all follow-up care and ongoing management and communicates with the patient’s care team after every patient encounter.

DispatchHealth re-engineered the typical 911 response, working with agencies to treat low acuity patients. It is estimated that 20 percent of 911 calls can be safely treated on scene to help reduce avoidable ambulance transports and ED visits. DispatchHealth leverages a comprehensive platform of services in order to build a successful and sustainable EMS program.
