Is DispatchHealth Advanced Care covered by my insurance?

Insurance coverage for Advanced Care varies by market, check with your provider first for eligibility requirements.

Who will come to my home?

Your team includes a doctor, nurse practitioner or physician assistant, a care coordinator, and a registered nurse. They give you 100% of their attention from the moment they step through the door––no rush and no distractions.

Who is eligible for Advanced Care?

Our medical team will help you decide if Advanced Care is the right option for your needs. If you’re dealing with any of the following issues, we can help.

  • COPD or CHF exacerbations
  • Nutritional and metabolic disorders
  • Cellulitis
  • Pneumonia and respiratory infections
  • Kidney and urinary tract infections
Does Advanced Care replace my doctor?

No. Coordination with primary care is a cornerstone of our program. We work directly with your doctor to determine if Advanced Care is right for you. Throughout the program, we continue to communicate and update your doctor.

Does Advanced Care replace a hospital?

Yes, for certain conditions that can safely be treated and monitored in the home, Advanced Care is an alternative to an in-patient hospital stay. However, if you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest ER.

How can I become an Advanced Care patient?

Talk to your doctor if you’re interested in avoiding a hospital stay and want to get medical treatment at home. Your doctor can contact 720-647-6470 or email Providers@DispatchHealth.com to learn more. Our DispatchHealth medical team will also help you and your doctor decide if Advanced Care is right for you.
