Chief Product Officer
Nabeel Meghji has deep product and engineering experience helping build products that are centered around the consumer. Prior to joining DispatchHealth, he was Head of Product for Healthgrades.com, a consumer website, with a million visitors a day, that helps patients find the right doctor. Prior to Healthgrades, Nabeel had launched multiple tech and biz dev start-ups and worked in the magazine and media industry leading M&A and Strategy.
Nabeel received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Drake University. He received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Iowa, Tippie School of Business. Nabeel founded a non-profit, Peak 4 Poverty that funds educational scholarships for orphans by organizing hiking trips nationally and internationally.
Mark Prather MD, MBA
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Prather is an industry insider whose passion is to change healthcare delivery to benefit the consumer. He has over twenty years of experience as a board-certified emergency medicine specialist. He also has experience managing large provider groups and has most recently served as the managing partner for an outsourced emergency and pediatric staffing group in Denver, Colorado. He has been involved in multiple medical industry start-ups including iTriage where he served as medical director.
Dr. Prather completed his undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University. He attended medical school at UCLA where he graduated Alpha Omega Alpha. He went on to complete his residency training in emergency medicine at Denver Health and Hospitals where he served as Chief Resident. He obtained his MBA from the University of Colorado.
Kevin Riddleberger MBA, MS, PA-C
Chief Strategy Officer
With nearly 20 years of clinical and management experience in the healthcare industry, Kevin Riddleberger has a tremendous passion for redefining healthcare delivery through technology, process, and quality improvement. Prior to his current role as co-founder and chief strategy officer at DispatchHealth, he was the head of clinical solutions and strategy at iTriage, an industry-leading consumer mobile health app company. Kevin has been a board-certified physician assistant for 15 years and has served time as a clinical preceptor for area physician assistant students, a member of hospital quality improvement committees, and president of the Colorado Academy of Physician Assistants. In addition to his work at DispatchHealth, Kevin is an active advisor in Colorado’s local healthcare start-up community, providing both business and clinical expertise. He also serves on the board of trustees at 9Health Fair and Project Angel Heart.
Kevin received an MBA with a concentration in healthcare administration from the University of Colorado at Denver, a master of science degree from the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago, IL and his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
Chief Financial Officer
Frank has more than 13 years of CFO experience in the healthcare and technology space and a deep background in financial management, operational improvement and company leadership.
He has a proven track record of taking venture capital and private equity-backed companies to the next level of growth. Prior to DispatchHealth, he served as CFO at Trumpet Behavioral Health, a provider of behavior treatment services for children with autism and previously, spent nine years with Biodesix, a molecular diagnostics company as CFO. Before moving to Denver, Frank spent 15 years in Europe, financing early-stage companies and firms going through restructuring.
Frank holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at University of California, Los Angeles.
Chief Marketing Officer
Andrea has more than 20 years of general management, product development and marketing experience and an extensive track record of scaling consumer web and native app businesses. As Chief Marketing Officer for DispatchHealth, Andrea is focused on driving consumer awareness and demand as service rapidly expands to new markets.
She joined DispatchHealth from Healthgrades where she served in executive roles for more than nine years, most recently as its Chief Marketing Officer. As EVP and GM of Consumer Products, she led the growth of Healthgrades.com to reach more than one million visitors a day. Prior to Healthgrades, Andrea spent 10 years in marketing and product leadership roles, including GM of Mapquest.com as the service grew from 15 million monthly visitors to more than 80 million monthly visitors.
Her experience spans product development, customer acquisition, affinity partnerships, branding, marketing communications and public relations in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer environments.
Andy Wagner MD, MBA
Chief Clinical Officer
Andy Wagner has deep clinical and operational experience helping build technology enabled healthcare organizations. Prior to joining DispatchHealth, he was Chief Medical Officer of StatDoctors, an acute care telemedicine company acquired by Teladoc. In addition, Andy currently serves as Director of Strategic Investments for Emergency Medicine Physicians and sits on the Board of various early-stage healthcare companies.
Andy received a Bachelor of Science from Bates College. He received his Medical Degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine; during medical school, Andy founded a national non-profit, Ride for World Health. He completed an Emergency Medicine Residency and received a Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University. Andy is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
Phil Mitchell MD, MS
VP of Medical Affairs/Medical Director
Dr. Mitchell completed his undergraduate studies at Rutgers University. He then attended the University of Southern California for graduate school in occupational health and safety before returning to the East Coast to attend Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Dr. Mitchell was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society in his junior year of training.
Dr. Mitchell completed his residency training at Denver Health and Hospitals where he served as chief resident and was selected as the most outstanding resident. Since the completion of his residency training in 2001, he has worked as an emergency physician in the Denver metropolitan area and has been the medical director in a busy level III and level II emergency department. He has also been actively involved in the training of medical students, nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
Over the last 10 years Dr. Mitchell has been an active member as well as chairman of both the Utilization Management and Patient Safety and Quality committees within his primary hospital. His focus throughout his education and career has been on patient safety and the delivery of quality, evidence based medicine.
Chief Administrative Officer
Dave is an entrepreneurial healthcare executive with over 15 years of diverse leadership experience in medical group management, hospital operations, healthcare technology and management consulting. Prior to DispatchHealth he was executive vice president and chief operating office of Centura Health’s Porter Adventist Hospital. Earlier in his career he held senior leadership roles at Centura Health Physician Group, Ingenious Med, Emory Healthcare and boutique healthcare advisory firms.
He received his BA from Dartmouth College, completed his postgraduate fellowship at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, and received his MPH in healthcare policy and management from Emory University. He is board certified in healthcare management and a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Society of Hospital Medicine. Dave was elected an inaugural fellow of the American Medical Group Association and American Hospital Association to develop clinically integrated medical groups. He has co-authored multiple research papers and has spoken on a range of healthcare topics nationally and internationally.
Chief Development Officer
Jennifer brings more than 15 years of experience working with leading health systems and health plans to implement solutions that make healthcare more affordable and accessible to patients. She has demonstrated a commitment to work with partners to design programs that uniquely address their challenges and are supported with rigorous measurement to ensure program goals are achieved.
Prior to DispatchHealth, Jennifer was a vice president with DaVita and a junior partner at McKinsey and Company in their healthcare systems and services practice. Jennifer received her bachelor of science in finance and marketing from The Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Caren Misky, MSN, FNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner, Vice President of Clinical Operations
Caren Misky, vice president of clinical operations at DispatchHealth, has 19 years of emergency medicine experience, with eight years as a registered nurse, and 11 as a board-certified nurse practitioner. Caren graduated from Samuel Merritt College with a Bachelors in Science, with a Major in Nursing. She went on to complete a master’s degree in nursing, as a Nurse Practitioner from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.
Chief, Provider Strategy and Solutions
David has more than 20 years of experience leading start-ups and high growth companies. As Senior Vice President of Provider Strategy, David is focused on working with partners to facilitate the appropriate level care and create coordinated care processes for patients in the markets we mutually serve.
He started his healthcare career working to improve quality and processes for patient care by creating a solution that helped a major health system earn the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award. Most recently David has worked with a number of high growth companies to launch new programs that drive better coordination and engagement between patients and provider, with a focus on accounting for the associated workflows and behavioral challenges. Previously, David has been in leadership positions at iTriage (now part of Aetna Digital), Airstrip, Healthgrades, and bConnected, (now part of Optum).
He earned an MBA from Rollins College, a Master’s Degree from MacQuarie University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University. As an adjunct professor at three universities, he has taught courses on innovation, applied leadership, and high performing teams.

Karrie Austin Escobedo has 18 years of combined experience in healthcare, process improvement and program development as a registered nurse, with a specialty focus in pre-hospital EMS, emergency and disaster care modalities. She has a successful record leading large scale, high impact programs to optimize patient outcomes, healthcare operations, improved revenue, and quality patient care.
Prior to coming to DispatchHealth she effectively partnered with local, regional and statewide healthcare coalitions and agencies to improve efficiency, quality, and safety related to patient outcomes in emergency, trauma and/or disaster events. She also implemented the regions first large-scale health data exchange (HDE) platform between Fire/EMS and the MultiCare Health System. Karrie’s passion is collaborating with diverse healthcare delivery systems to bring exceptional patient care directly to the consumer.
Regional Market Director & Springfield, MA Market Director
Susan Lanesey has over 25 years of clinical and healthcare administrative experience in managed care and ACO operations, clinical integration, population health, information technology development, and healthcare compliance.
Prior to joining DispatchHealth, Susan was the founder and president of a healthcare technology and services company that provided chronic care management service to the Medicare population. She also held leadership roles in organizations such as Health Net, United Healthcare, CorSolutions, Gentiva and large integrated Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid ACO organizations.
Susan has unique insights into the transition from fee-for-service to value-based reimbursement models and has developed healthcare teams from the ground-up across numerous healthcare organizations to drive progressive and meaningful process and change that leads to improved patient care, operational efficiency, and profitability. She is passionate in her goal of improving the patient care experience, and quality of care, and in developing empowered teams across the continuum of care.
Ms. Lanesey is a licensed registered nurse in Pennsylvania, New York, and Connecticut. She studied and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from the Quinnipiac School of Business in Connecticut and her Master’s in Business Administration degree from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania.

Rebecca Rocho, Phoenix area Market Director is dedicated to healthcare transformation and the patient experience.
Rebecca has over 25 years of Healthcare experience developing a 360-degree operations portfolio in Sales, Business Development and Physician Network Development and Engagement.
Rebecca’s most recent experience includes Steward Health Care Network where she served as Manager of ACO Operations and CareMore/Anthem where she was a culture carrier and held a National Performance role.
She is passionate about fitness and is a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer and the mother of 3 daughters.

Five years in the labor movement at the start of her career exposed Carah to the impact that crushing healthcare costs and poor outcomes have on working Americans. She has dedicated herself to transforming how healthcare is delivered and how much it costs ever since.
She was privileged to lead national channel development at Iora Health and most recently, oversaw business development opportunities in the healthcare sector at Nurse-Family Partnership. She is a graduate of The Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University. The only thing she likes about winter is the empty hiking trails.

Kim Bergeron, Houston area Marketing Director is responsible for establishing a footprint for DispatchHealth in the Houston market. Kim’s experience includes Practice Management, Physician Relations and Marketing in both small and large healthcare organizations. Having had major surgery, Kim is no stranger to the patient experience, she understands the patient’s perspective. She is truly passionate about the new level of convenient, cost-effective care DispatchHealth is now providing to Houstonians. In her spare time, Kim enjoys catching up with friends and family. She enjoys Pilates, cooking and volunteering with local youth.
Regional Market Director & Las Vegas, NV Market Director
Bill Butcher is a healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience. Prior to joining DispatchHealth, he was vice president/general manager for CareMore Health Plan of Nevada, a Medicare Advantage plan. His experience includes roles in member services, human resources, acute/ambulatory care operations and health plan leadership. Previously, he spent over 25 years with Kaiser Permanente’s Northwest Region in Portland, Oregon where he held positions ranging from member services representative to medical center CEO. He also worked in senior leadership roles for FamilyCare Health, a Medicaid and Medicare health plan in Oregon and Columbia United Providers, a Medicaid health plan in Vancouver, Washington. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Lewis and Clark College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oregon. He is certified in healthcare management as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and in Human Resources as a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management.

Prior to his current role as Market Director, he worked in hospital operations with a focus on physician alignment, engagement, communication, and business development. Bruce Leff, MD
Advisory Board Member
Dr. Bruce Leff is a professor of medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He holds a joint appointment in the department of health policy and management in the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
Dr. Leff is an internationally recognized leader and researcher in the development, evaluation and dissemination of novel models of care for older adults, including the Hospital at Home, Guided Care, geriatric service line models and medical house call practices. In addition, his research interests extend to issues related to multi-morbidity, performance measurement and case-mix issues. He has a strong interest in health policy issues, is a Health and Aging Policy Fellow of the American Political Science Association, and has served on multiple technical expert panels for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
An award-winning teacher and mentor, Dr. Leff is involved in directing the basic Medicine Clerkship in the School of Medicine. He currently serves as president of the American Academy of Home Care Physicians as well as a member of the Board of Regents of the American College of Physicians.
As medical director of Business Development and Strategic Alliances at the School of Medicine, Dr. Leff represents faculty, clinical staff and researchers at Johns Hopkins and serves as a liaison with the business development team. In this capacity, he serves as an advisor to the team for any academic issues and considerations in the ongoing development of projects and products.
Dr. Leff received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania in 1983 and his M.D. from New York University in 1987. After residency and fellowship training at Johns Hopkins, he served as a medical officer in the US Army in Seoul, Korea, before joining the faculty in the Department of Medicine in 1994. He serves on the scientific advisory board of Amedysis (AMED) and the clinical systems innovation community for the West Health Institute.

Over the course of his career Art Zeile has built several businesses while establishing himself as a dynamic executive and thought leader in leading-edge information technology sectors.
Art was the founder and CEO of cloud computing services company HOSTING, managing web security and compliance requirements for hundreds of Enterprise customers.
Prior to HOSTING, he led the turn-around of a healthcare technology company, founded a public data center company with 21 sites and founded one of the first videoconferencing services companies.
Art has worked with over two dozen private equity and venture capital firms and cumulatively raised over $500MM in equity and debt financing for his ventures.
Art is proud of his time served in the US Air Force, where he served as the Executive Officer to the Director for Military Communications Programs as well as a technical advisor to the US Joint Chiefs of Staff.
Art earned a bachelor's degree in Astronautical Engineering from the U.S. Air Force Academy and a master's degree in public policy from Harvard University. His master’s thesis, directed by Secretary of Defense Ash Carter, focused on small, low-earth orbiting “microsat” architectures that are now implemented by several satellite companies.
He is a board member of public and private technology service companies ranging in size from startup to hundreds of millions in revenue. Art currently sits on the board of National Bank Holdings Corporation (NYSE: NBHC), programmatic advertising company Choozle and the advisory board of University of Delaware Cyber- Security Initiative.
Art was the first recipient of the Denver Telecom Executive of the Year award in 2000.

As CEO of naviHealth, Mr. Richards is responsible for the strategic vision and leadership of the organization. Prior to joining naviHealth, Mr. Richards served as Senior Vice President at Healthways, Inc., where he served as both General Counsel and Senior Vice President. Mr. Richards received his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University and his law degree from the University of Mississippi.
Mr. Richards has a passion for community service and serves on the Board of Martha O’Bryan Center, which empowers children, youth, and adults in poverty to transform their lives through work, education, employment and fellowship. He also serves on the Oak Hill School Board and the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management Board of Visitors.

Patricia Hemingway Hall is the retired CEO of Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), the nation’s largest non-investor-owned health insurance company, which operates as Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. HCSC — the fourth largest health insurer overall in the United States.
During her seven years as CEO and 23-year HCSC career, Hemingway Hall was committed to helping ensure that all Americans have access to quality, affordable health care and to strengthening those qualities that make our system the best in the world — choice, innovation and competition.
Hemingway Hall is the recipient of a number of recognitions for her leadership in the health care industry, including being named to Modern Healthcare magazine’s “Top 25 Women in Healthcare” and being named to Modern Healthcare’s “100 Most Influential People in Healthcare” list numerous times.
During her tenure as CEO, she grew HCSC by nearly 3 million members, built its technology infrastructure to an industry-leading standard, focused resources on creating an unrivaled customer service experience for members, increased the company’s investments in its local communities and developed a multi-line of business strategy to expand access to quality, affordable health care and position the company for long-term success.
Previously, Hemingway Hall served as president of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) and as president and chief operating officer of HCSC. Prior to joining BCBSTX in 1993, she held positions at A. Foster Higgins, Aetna/Partners Health Plans, VHA and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida.
Hemingway Hall currently serves on the boards of directors of Manpower Group and Cardinal Health.
She earned a Master’s in Public Health, health planning and administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Michigan State University.
