This year, we’re building on the 2021 Symposium to offer a new event series designed to provide each team member with a chance to learn about how DispatchHealth is leveling up in 2022 and how each team member contributes to our success. Based on your feedback from the 2021 Symposium, we will not only provide information on our strategic plan but also actionable insights that you can apply on the job. The 2022 LevelUp Event Series will include the following:

DispatchHealth 2022 Manager Summit on May 19:
7.5-hour virtual event designed for managers and above to learn about DispatchHealth’s strategic plan and the supporting business fundamentals that their teams will execute.

DispatchHealth 2022 Regional Roadshow June – August:
In-person events where regional and market leaders will review the state of their region and regional goals. Leaders will develop action plans for achieving strategic objectives and learn best practices for leading their teams to achieve goals.

2022 DispatchHealth Day in September:
Virtual company town hall to recognize and thank team members as we gear up for Q4. The company town hall will be followed by a people manager meeting.
