Cammie has led DispatchHealth's national human capital strategy since joining the company in 2017. Her responsibilities include Talent Acquisition, Employee and Organizational Development, Total Rewards, Payroll, HR Operations and Technology, Employee Communications, DEI, Engagement and Employee Health and Safety. An ethical and inspiring leader, Cammie has a proven ability to provide leadership on people issues and implement strategies to achieve business objectives. She brings extensive executive leadership experience in human resource management, financial strategy, financial operations, customer experience and strategic planning in health care and a range of industries. Cammie previously led HR responsibilities and served as CFO of Milender White Construction Co. and CFO of Connect for Health Colorado. She lives in Nederland, CO with her children and enjoys dance and driving fast cars.
Chief Commercial Officer
Most recently, Sara served as the Chief Sales Officer of Honor, the technology-enabled in-home care provider that partners with traditional agencies through the Honor Care Network. As CSO, Sara built and led the company's diligence, sales, implementation and partner success teams to a doubling of topline growth in 2019. She was known for her vigorous support of the company's mission to improve the quality of life for older adults and their caregivers.
Prior to Honor, Sara held the role of SVP of Partner Development at Evolent, a publicly held company serving a national network of leading health care providers. She was responsible for 25% of the company’s annual growth targets and was the top contributor of new client development at the firm. She played an integral role in shaping Evolent’s product portfolio and go-to-market strategy as the firm sought to maintain market leadership and ensure alignment with buyers in a dynamic healthcare marketplace. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Sales and Account Management, Sara led business development and client engagement within the health and wellness division of Walgreens.
Sara holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BS from Northwestern University. She has served on several Boards of Directors including the Susan G. Komen Foundation’s Race for the Cure, the Harvard Business School’s of Oregon's Community Partners program, and Girls on the Run of the Portland Metro. She resides in Portland, OR with her husband, 2 children and 2 dogs.
Bruce A. Johnson
Bruce A. Johnson brings more than 30 years of legal and management consulting experience to DispatchHealth. Bruce’s career has been dedicated to health care clients including medical groups, hospitals and health systems, clinically integrated networks, accountable care organizations and other health care providers. He has worked with health care organizations and innovators across the nation to develop and implement arrangements to promote business success and compliance in today’s value-based health care payment and delivery environments.
Bruce oversees DispatchHealth’s legal matters involving current and future operations, including market and partner relationships and will provide input on legal considerations associated with strategic business matters. Prior to joining DispatchHealth, Bruce served as the company’s external health care regulatory counsel as a shareholder in the Denver office of Polsinelli PC. Bruce’s deep knowledge of DispatchHealth’s business and service delivery models and relationships positions him to support DispatchHealth’s next stage of development.
Chief of Staff
Dave is an entrepreneurial healthcare executive with over 15 years of diverse leadership experience in medical group management, hospital operations, healthcare technology and management consulting. Prior to DispatchHealth he was executive vice president and chief operating office of Centura Health’s Porter Adventist Hospital. Earlier in his career he held senior leadership roles at Centura Health Physician Group, Ingenious Med, Emory Healthcare and boutique healthcare advisory firms.
He received his BA from Dartmouth College, completed his postgraduate fellowship at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, and received his MPH in healthcare policy and management from Emory University. He is board certified in healthcare management and a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Society of Hospital Medicine. Dave was elected an inaugural fellow of the American Medical Group Association and American Hospital Association to develop clinically integrated medical groups. He has co-authored multiple research papers and has spoken on a range of healthcare topics nationally and internationally.
Chief Development Officer
Jennifer brings more than 15 years of experience working with leading health systems and health plans to implement solutions that make healthcare more affordable and accessible to patients. She has demonstrated a commitment to work with partners to design programs that uniquely address their challenges and are supported with rigorous measurement to ensure program goals are achieved.
Prior to DispatchHealth, Jennifer was a vice president with DaVita and a junior partner at McKinsey and Company in their healthcare systems and services practice. Jennifer received her bachelor of science in finance and marketing from The Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and an MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Caren Misky, MSN, FNP-BC
Senior Vice President, Advanced Practice
Caren Misky, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC completed her undergraduate studies at St. Mary's University and received a Masters in Nursing from the University of Colorado, Denver. She has been instrumental in the foundation and development of DispatchHealth's mobile acute care EMS Pilot and ED Diversion Program. Through this work, Caren has helped grow and develop the Advanced Practice Provider led practice. Caren sits on the Executive Team and is responsible at a national level for Leadership Development of APPs, provider practice enablement and education. Caren is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Specialty Practice Group of Emergency Medicine. She was honored for her innovative nursing practice and received the very distinguished Nightingale Award in 2017.
Caren has developed training and didactic programs for the provider group and is a champion of nursing, clinical excellence and providing care The DispatchWay. She has launched the APP Clinical Educational program within DispatchHealth and has been a guest lecturer at Emory University on innovative models of care. She has developed content for Preceptor Training Modules and was a presenter at the annual Fire and Life Safety Educators Conference on the topic of "Aging and its Impact on Human Vulnerability," in 2016. She completed the Managing Health Care Delivery Course at Harvard Business School and is currently an active board member for the APP Executive organization.
Phil Mitchell MD, MS
VP of Medical Affairs/Medical Director
Dr. Mitchell completed his undergraduate studies at Rutgers University. He then attended the University of Southern California for graduate school in occupational health and safety before returning to the East Coast to attend Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Dr. Mitchell was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society in his junior year of training.
Dr. Mitchell completed his residency training at Denver Health and Hospitals where he served as chief resident and was selected as the most outstanding resident. Since the completion of his residency training in 2001, he has worked as an emergency physician in the Denver metropolitan area and has been the medical director in a busy level III and level II emergency department. He has also been actively involved in the training of medical students, nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
Over the last 10 years Dr. Mitchell has been an active member as well as chairman of both the Utilization Management and Patient Safety and Quality committees within his primary hospital. His focus throughout his education and career has been on patient safety and the delivery of quality, evidence based medicine.
Chief Growth Officer
Andrea has more than 20 years of general management, product development and marketing experience and an extensive track record of scaling consumer web and native app businesses. At DispatchHealth, Andrea is focused on driving consumer awareness and demand as service rapidly expands to new markets.
She joined DispatchHealth from Healthgrades where she served in executive roles for more than nine years, most recently as its Chief Marketing Officer. As EVP and GM of Consumer Products, she led the growth of Healthgrades.com to reach more than one million visitors a day. Prior to Healthgrades, Andrea spent 10 years in marketing and product leadership roles, including GM of Mapquest.com as the service grew from 15 million monthly visitors to more than 80 million monthly visitors.
Her experience spans product development, customer acquisition, affinity partnerships, branding, marketing communications and public relations in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer environments.
Mark Prather MD, MBA
Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Prather is an industry insider whose passion is to change healthcare delivery to benefit the consumer. He has over twenty years of experience as a board-certified emergency medicine specialist. He also has experience managing large provider groups and has most recently served as the managing partner for an outsourced emergency and pediatric staffing group in Denver, Colorado. He has been involved in multiple medical industry start-ups including iTriage where he served as medical director.
Dr. Prather completed his undergraduate studies at Vanderbilt University. He attended medical school at UCLA where he graduated Alpha Omega Alpha. He went on to complete his residency training in emergency medicine at Denver Health and Hospitals where he served as Chief Resident. He obtained his MBA from the University of Colorado.
Kevin Riddleberger MBA, MS, PA-C
Chief Strategy Officer
With nearly 20 years of clinical and management experience in the healthcare industry, Kevin Riddleberger has a tremendous passion for redefining healthcare delivery through technology, process, and quality improvement. Prior to his current role as co-founder and chief strategy officer at DispatchHealth, he was the head of clinical solutions and strategy at iTriage, an industry-leading consumer mobile health app company. Kevin has been a board-certified physician assistant for 15 years and has served time as a clinical preceptor for area physician assistant students, a member of hospital quality improvement committees, and president of the Colorado Academy of Physician Assistants. In addition to his work at DispatchHealth, Kevin is an active advisor in Colorado’s local healthcare start-up community, providing both business and clinical expertise. He also serves on the board of trustees at 9Health Fair and Project Angel Heart.
Kevin received an MBA with a concentration in healthcare administration from the University of Colorado at Denver, a master of science degree from the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago, IL and his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
Chief Financial Officer
Frank has more than 13 years of CFO experience in the healthcare and technology space and a deep background in financial management, operational improvement and company leadership.
He has a proven track record of taking venture capital and private equity-backed companies to the next level of growth. Prior to DispatchHealth, he served as CFO at Trumpet Behavioral Health, a provider of behavior treatment services for children with autism and previously, spent nine years with Biodesix, a molecular diagnostics company as CFO. Before moving to Denver, Frank spent 15 years in Europe, financing early-stage companies and firms going through restructuring.
Frank holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at University of California, Los Angeles.
Andy Wagner MD, MBA
Chief Clinical Officer
Andy Wagner has deep clinical and operational experience helping build technology enabled healthcare organizations. Prior to joining DispatchHealth, he was Chief Medical Officer of StatDoctors, an acute care telemedicine company acquired by Teladoc. In addition, Andy currently serves as Director of Strategic Investments for Emergency Medicine Physicians and sits on the Board of various early-stage healthcare companies.
Andy received a Bachelor of Science from Bates College. He received his Medical Degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine; during medical school, Andy founded a national non-profit, Ride for World Health. He completed an Emergency Medicine Residency and received a Master of Business Administration from The Ohio State University. Andy is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.
Chief Operating Officer
Shannon Werb brings over 20 years of experience as a healthcare executive (CEO, COO, CSO, and CIO) and a demonstrated history of driving value creation in the provider and related technology spaces. His accomplishments include leading a startup to successful acquisition and helping to engineer a private equity-funded turnaround with eventual strategic partner exit.
A software and technology visionary, Mr. Werb drives exceptional performance in all aspects of management including strategy, corporate culture, technology and operations. Prior to joining DispatchHealth, Mr. Werb most recently served as President and COO of vRad, a MEDNAX Company and the nation’s leading radiology physician services and telemedicine company. He is the only non-clinical member of IBM’s Watson Health Imaging Advisory Board and previously served as Chief Operating Officer & Chief Strategy Officer of Acuo Technologies.
He managed a portfolio of healthcare-related IP and technology patents while also directly holding a number of patents on workflow and uses of artificial intelligence in a telemedicine environment. He has authored dozens of articles, including peer-reviewed journal publications, white papers and presentations. Mr. Werb has been invited to deliver lectures around the world on the operational, clinical and financial benefits of technology solutions, telemedicine, data and analytics and artificial intelligence in medicine.
Chief Product Officer
Daniel is an entrepreneurial technology leader with over 25 years of experience bringing high-impact and innovative products to market. He’s worked for companies such as Uber, Twitter, and Google, and seen many times how products can transform industries. As DispatchHealth’s Chief Product Officer, Daniel is leading all technology functions, including engineering, data, product, IT, and InfoSec. With Daniel at the helm, the technology team is focused on enhancing the company’s clinical and operational foundation to enable better care. In prior roles, Daniel helped transform the industries. As vice president of product at Uber, he led a cross-functional team of over 1,000 people, where they drove company success by skillfully engineering the right technology and products to set the standard for the best customer experience in an emerging industry. Prior to Uber, Daniel was responsible for two of the most successful and universal consumer technology products in history, Google Maps and Local Search at Google. As a product leader, Daniel conceived of and led Google Maps for Apple iOS initiative, which resulted in one of the most successful mobile app launches with over 10 million downloads in 48 hours which earned him the designation of Most Creative People in Business by Fast Company magazine. Before joining the DispatchHealth, Daniel was Chief Executive Officer at Mindstrong Health, a healthcare innovation company dedicated to mental health. Daniel is an active member of the Silicon Valley technology community, serving as an angel investor and advisor to dozens of international technology startups and early-stage venture funds. He holds an M.S. in Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from NTB in Switzerland.
Erin Denholm, RN, MSN
President of Clinical Operations
Erin is a visionary healthcare executive backed by a nursing foundation. She joined DispatchHealth in 2021 to expand its clinical operation focus to the continuum of care for the patient. Erin brings over 30 years of experience in leadership roles at regional and national health systems. Having spent her career dedicated to supporting healthcare in the home, she has a laser focus on enabling clinicians and putting patients first. She is nationally known for home-based initiatives, including a robust telehealth program for congestive heart failure patients, which led to Colorado Medicaid granting the first-ever reimbursement for telehealth visits. Previously she served as CEO of Trinity Health at Home.
Dean Dalili, MD, MHCM
President of Market Operations
Dr. Dean Dalili is a recognized healthcare innovator with nearly two decades of experience in medicine and management. Day in day out, Dean drives DispatchHealth's strategic priorities, ensuring patients receive exceptional care by optimizing clinical operations. Before joining DispatchHealth, he was president of hospital medicine at Envision Physician Services. Dean is a graduate of Emory University School of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine training at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, served in the United States Senate as a Healthcare Policy fellow, and received his Master of Healthcare Management from the Harvard School of Public Health.
