Most recently, Sara served as the Chief Sales Officer of Honor, the technology-enabled in-home care provider that partners with traditional agencies through the Honor Care Network. As CSO, Sara built and led the company’s diligence, sales, implementation and partner success teams to a doubling of topline growth in 2019. She was known for her vigorous support of the company’s mission to improve the quality of life for older adults and their caregivers.

Prior to Honor, Sara held the role of SVP of Partner Development at Evolent, a publicly held company serving a national network of leading health care providers. She was responsible for 25% of the company’s annual growth targets and was the top contributor of new client development at the firm. She played an integral role in shaping Evolent’s product portfolio and go-to-market strategy as the firm sought to maintain market leadership and ensure alignment with buyers in a dynamic healthcare marketplace. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Sales and Account Management, Sara led business development and client engagement within the health and wellness division of Walgreens.

Sara holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BS from Northwestern University. She has served on several Boards of Directors including the Susan G. Komen Foundation’s Race for the Cure, the Harvard Business School’s of Oregon’s Community Partners program, and Girls on the Run of the Portland Metro. She resides in Portland, OR with her husband, 2 children and 2 dogs.
