How quickly does the medical team arrive at my home in Riverside?

When you schedule your appointment, we’ll ask about your symptoms and give you a time frame for our arrival - typically the same day. Please note that the ETA may vary depending on the number of patient visits we have that day. When you call to schedule a visit, you will be given an approximate arrival time.

Does DispatchHealth provide x-rays?

While many Riverside urgent cares don’t provide x-ray or ultrasound imaging, DispatchHealth does offer imaging to qualified patients. Your DispatchHealth care team can order x-ray and ultrasound imaging but does not perform imaging at the time of your initial visit. Imaging is usually completed 1-3 days after your visit and may be performed either in your home or residence (if you qualify for this service) or at a separate outpatient imaging center. Patients qualify for mobile imaging in the home or residence if they are unable to transfer to a brick-and-mortar location due to physical and/or mental difficulties. Their provider will need to provide a reason for portability in the documentation.
