Review Terms of Service

Our company is dedicated to publishing all applicable customer feedback. We do not publish that violates our content policies:

Verified Customer: We only publish reviews from people that have actually done business with DispatchHealth. We won’t post reviews that have been submitted on behalf of others or misrepresent a user’s identity or connection with us.

Personal and Confidential Information: We don’t post reviews that contain your or another person’s personal information, including phone numbers, addresses, credit card information, driver’s license information, etc.

Offensive or Hateful Language: We don’t post reviews that use obscene, profane, derogatory, inflammatory, or contain offensive language. We don’t allow reviews that advocate against groups of people based on their race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity. We will remove reviews that represent personal attacks or threats. We don’t allow reviews that contain sexually explicit material.

Self-Promotion or Spam: We will remove reviews that are self-promotional or that highlight a competitor. We will also remove spam reviews and posts based on someone else’s experience, or that are off-topic.

Advertising and Solicitation: Posts containing advertising or solicitation will be removed.

Illegal Content: Posts that contain or link to unlawful content will be removed.

Marketing: All posted reviews can be used by DispatchHealth for marketing and or advertising purposes.
