Cammie has led DispatchHealth’s national human capital strategy since joining the company in 2017. Her responsibilities include Talent Acquisition, Employee and Organizational Development, Total Rewards, Payroll, HR Operations and Technology, Employee Communications, DEI, Engagement and Employee Health and Safety. An ethical and inspiring leader, Cammie has a proven ability to provide leadership on people issues and implement strategies to achieve business objectives. She brings extensive executive leadership experience in human resource management, financial strategy, financial operations, customer experience and strategic planning in health care and a range of industries. Cammie previously led HR responsibilities and served as CFO of Milender White Construction Co. and CFO of Connect for Health Colorado. She lives in Nederland, CO with her children and enjoys dance and driving fast cars.
