Refer your patient by requesting care
Either give DispatchHealth a call at 833-788-1365, download their app, or complete your request online and they’ll make sure it’s safe to treat your patient at home. Your patient can also request care directly by calling 833-788-1366.

Let DispatchHealth extend your patient care
Each DispatchHealth medical team that arrives at the patient’s home includes either a nurse practitioner or physician assistant, along with a medical technician. An ER physician is always available by phone for consultations.

DispatchHealth follows up with you and your Patient
DispatchHealth fully documents your patient’s visits and sends clinical documentation back to you via fax 24-48 hours post-visit. Additionally, DispatchHealth follows up with every patient within three days and refers back to you for additional care as needed.

When NOT to call DispatchHealth

- Moderate to severe shortness of breath
- Rectal bleeding
- Severe abdominal pain
- Stroke symptoms: numbness or weakness on one side, difficulty speaking, swallowing or walking
