Use our online appointment request form to request in-home medical care for your loved one. In most of our service areas we’re available 8 am to 10 pm, 365 days a year.

Your Loved One Receives Healthcare at Home
Every DispatchHealth team includes a physician assistant or nurse practitioner and medical technician. We diagnose illnesses, perform medical tests and provide treatment right at home.

We Do the Follow-Up Work
We call in prescriptions, update your loved one’s primary care provider and handle insurance billing. DispatchHealth’s in-home medical visits are covered by most insurance plans, including Medicare.

Does DispatchHealth accept my insurance?

Our home medical visits are covered by most insurance plans, including Medicare.

What can DispatchHealth provide?

We deliver a wide range tests and treatments that used to require a trip to the hospital or urgent care. Our same-day care services include IV infusions, COPD treatments, rapid blood and urine testing, EKGs, X-rays and more.

Do you treat people with dementia, memory loss or intellectual disabilities?

Yes. Our compassionate medical teams are trained to treat people with all types of cognitive (thinking) disabilities, Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.

Do you treat people with physical disabilities?

Yes. Our medical professionals are skilled in treating babies, children and adults with any type of physical disability.

Will you follow up with my loved one’s primary care physician?

Yes. DispatchHealth shares treatment plans and test results with your loved one’s primary care provider right away. We also handle insurance billing, so you don’t have to.

What ages of patients do you treat?

We provide healthcare at home for people of all ages – from babies to seniors.

What are your hours of operation

In most of our service areas, DispatchHealth is available 8 am to 10 pm every day of the year, including weekends and holidays, in most areas.

Will you follow up with me after the visit?

Yes. We call you a few days after the visit to check on your loved one.
