What causes fatigue?
Fatigue can have any number of causes. In short, it’s a sign that the body is struggling to keep up with its energy demands. Sometimes it can be caused by something simple like a calorie deficit or lack of sleep. On the other hand, it can also be a symptom of more serious health concerns. For example, the body may use excess energy in order to support an immune response, which makes the body tired. Fatigue can also be a sign of anemia.
