How We Became a Great Place to Work Certified Company
Great Place to Work focuses on recognizing high-performing workplaces, specifically the company’s workplace culture and employee satisfaction. It has examined thousands of workplaces in over 50 countries, creating and developing data on what makes a workplace positive and engaging. It is the only certification that is based entirely on employee reporting and has become the global authority on identifying outstanding workplaces.
To be eligible for this certification, a company must have 10 or more employees, administer a confidential employee experience survey to all employees, and receive enough responses to meet or exceed Great Place to Work’s certification threshold (less than 10.5% margin of error at a 90% confidence level in the results). A culture assessment that reflects employee demographics and company programs must also be administered at the time of the survey.
To receive the Great Place to Work certification, at least seven out of 10 employees who fill out the survey must report that the company is a great place to work.
