DispatchHealth named twice in 2022 Comparably award lists

DispatchHealth aims to transform healthcare in four distinct ways – higher quality, lower costs, and better patient and provider satisfaction. We’re delighted to share that Comparably; a leading workplace culture platform has named DispatchHealth in its 2022 list of top 100 large organizations with the best company outlook and one of Denver’s best places to work. DispatchHealth Senior Director of Talent Acquisition Suzi Dexter says, “You don’t get to unprecedented patient satisfaction without an equally engaged, dedicated, and satisfied team across all areas of the organization. Honors like these are mission validating.”

Business Insider revealed the news this week. Comparably CEO Jason Nazar is quoted in the article saying, “If you look at the large list, the top spots are occupied by companies whose core businesses are shaping the future of our world, they’re at the forefront of cutting-edge technology and AI, and that tends to make team members more excited and confident about the future of their respective businesses.”

This year’s honorees were selected based on sentiment feedback provided by current employees who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com between March 14, 2021, and March 14, 2022. The best company outlook is a snapshot of how confident employees feel about their company’s future success and how excited they are to go to work. Additionally, the best places to work in Denver reveal the way employees in the Denver area rate their overall workplace experiences in 16 different metrics (compensation, leadership, co-workers, work-life balance, career growth, perks & benefits, etc.). DispatchHealth team members responded with comments such as, “I look forward to going to work every day,” and “This is my 4th Physician Assistant job and the first I’ve wanted to stay at for a long time. I love this job.”

“The last couple of years have been hard on those in healthcare – physically and emotionally exhausting for many,” says DispatchHealth co-founder Dr. Mark Prather."DispatchHealth was created with a strong purpose, to change the way healthcare is delivered. And team members who join, both clinical and non-clinical, are energized and passionate about transforming and making a difference in the healthcare industry. This recognition showcases the ways our model of care is impacting the overall healthcare ecosystem for the better. “

Comparably has compiled over 15 million anonymous employee ratings on 70,000 companies and is a trusted third-party site for workplace culture and compensation. DispatchHealth is among a prestigious list of honorees nationally to be honored in 2022, including powerhouses like IBM, Amazon, Microsoft, and Google. Comparably CEO Nazar told Business Insider, “As recruiting ramps up during this era of The Great Resignation, job seekers are faced with an overwhelming number of opportunities. After analyzing millions of ratings on tens of thousands of companies, we identified the top companies that according to workers have the most optimistic outlook for the year ahead.”
